- A booking will be confirmed when Lahinch Bus Hire has received all the itinerary for the group travelling along with the 30% deposit which is non-refundable
- Bookings will be confirmed to all customers by email or text message from our office
- A 30% deposit is required with all bookings
- All travel must be paid for in full 30 days before travel commences unless otherwise agreed. All prices are quoted in Euro
- Late bookings can be accommodated subject to availability
- Where the driver's accommodation has been pre-booked and paid for in full by Lahinch Bus Hire - you the hirer are liable to refund the full cost to Lahinch Bus Hire
- Lahinch Bus Hire cannot accept any responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged property.
- In the event of a cancellation of any part of your travel itinerary, you the customer must supply Lahinch Bus Hire with written confirmation and the following charges will apply:
- Any cancellation from the time of booking up until 12 weeks to the travel dates 30% booking fee
- 8-12 weeks prior to the intended travel dates, 30% of the total cost and the deposit
- 4-8 weeks prior to the intended travel dates, 50% of the total cost and the deposit
- Within 4 weeks of the intended travel dates. 100% of the total cost and the deposit
- Lahinch Bus Hire accepts no responsibility for incorrect email or inability to deliver email. If your confirmation does not arrive you must ask us to resend it. It is the customers responsibility to check the accuracy of dates booked upon receipt of the travel documentation.
- Lahinch Bus Hire does not accept responsibility for the theft, loss, damage to personal belongings to customers at any stage of your travel with us. All our vehicles are insured to international standards. Lahinch Bus Hire would recommend that you take out comprehensive insurance for cancellation, medical expenses, personal accident, personal baggage, money, and public liability before you travel.
- Lahinch Bus Hire reserves the right to alter the itinerary at any time at our discretion in the event of happenings outside of our control.
- The driver reserves the right to refuse admission onto the bus/coach
- Passengers are always to wear their seat belts and are to remain seated until the coach has come to a complete stop.
Lost & Found
- Lahinch Bus Hire accepts no responsibility for the private property whilst on the premises, including accepting any liability should lost property be returned for any reason to someone who is not its owner - e.g. if someone makes a false representation to the Company of ownership of property.
- Property that is left on the premises will be kept for a period of three months, after which it will be disposed of.
- For the property to be reclaimed, a detailed description of the item(s) and/or proof of ID (identity), and date that the item was left will be required.
